Resident draw

First-choice applicants. Residents draw elk, deer and antelope purely at random; nonresidents, and residents for moose and bighorn sheep, draw 75% of licenses by preference point and 25% at random. Nonresident special is WGFD's separate higher-fee draw with its own quota. Source: Wyoming Game and Fish Department draw and harvest reports. Verify boundaries, dates and rules with the agency before you apply.
