New Mexico draw points, explained

Random draw, no points

New Mexico has no preference or bonus points. The big game draw is fully random, and past unsuccessful years give you no advantage. What matters most is your first choice and which pool you are in: at least 84% of licenses go to residents, 10% to hunters using a New Mexico outfitter, and 6% to nonresidents without one.
