Residents and nonresidents apply for the same permits, with nonresidents capped (generally 10% of a hunt's permits; for bighorn sheep and bison one permit or 10%, whichever is greater), so each hunt appears once per pool with that pool's first-choice applicants and odds. Permits shown are all of the hunt's permits for residents and the nonresident cap for nonresidents. Bonus point levels are AZGFD's group bonus points (a group draws on its members' average, rounded).
